I am very appreciative of the kindness and graciousness of Dori and Eniko at the Reception Desk of Waberer Medical Center. I am new to Budapest and did not realize that what I was told was a 5 minute taxi ride would become a 30 minute taxi ride in rush hour! I was upset to be 20 minutes late for my appointment, but Dori and Eniko could not have been more kind to me. Likewise, Dr. Janos Hargitai was an outstanding opthamologist. He was clear and focused and also very kind. It was a happy and relaxed experience for me today, and I thank Dori, Eniko and Dr. Hargitai very much.

I was about to make a booking for my wife, but the booking form required my wife's birthday, place of birth, mother's name, and social security number. Quite apart from being non-compliant with GDPR, for which the maximum fine is the higher of €20m or 4% of global turnover, this looks very much like the questions you would ask if engaging in identity theft. They might provide adequate medical care, but we are not prepared to risk dealing with people who are so cavalier with private information.
